Keeton’s Center is a new and exciting mixed use Retail/Office development coming to Keeton’s Corner at 805-823 Manatee Ave W, Bradenton, FL 34205. Manatee Ave W and 9th St W in downtown Bradenton in 2021-2023. Keeton’s Office Furniture store was an iconic landmark on the Bradenton corner since 1968 until the business and property were sold in 2019/2020. The first phase of the Keeton’s Center project in 2021 will consist of subdividing the existing 16000sqft+/- former office furniture showroom into 6 new retail spaces. The existing office space at the rear of the Keeton building will be upgraded and converted into a modern Business Center consisting of nine office studios designed for individual small business use. In addition, a variety of virtual office services, including a shared conference room, virtual business mail, shared work spaces and much more will become available as part of the Business Center. Other future phases of the development will consist of new restaurants, a cafe, specialty shops, and an indoor market. The vision for the property is to make Keeton’s Center the future go to destination in Bradenton for shopping, dining, nightly entertainment and to conduct business.
